Sitting here thinking about something, and no im not shooting slugs at anybody. This is real talk that a lot of people need to recognize. Friends! Do you(including myself) really know what it is to be a friend to others, and to recognize a true friend. I hear people say all rhe time that friends grow apart...wrong. Life does happen and interests and responsibilities take place, but a friend acknowledges your circumstances and respect and accept your growth. But during your high times as well as your down times, and all of the fairweather times you never lose that friendship. If a friend can stop speaking to you, always find fault or blame in you, talk about you to others, disrespect you, disown your frienship to others, accept gossip about you from others, get jealous of your success or celebrate your downfall....then that is not your friend, but your friend is the person who through it all still smiles when they are in your presence, comes to your rescue when in need, cry with you, laugh with you and not at you, tell you when you are wrong, support you in your decisions and love you no matter what. If you have one or two of these people in your life you better cherish them cause real, genuine , honest, trustworthy, dedicated, caring, and loving friends are hard to come by. Again, im hoping to mend some friendships and not shooting slugs at anyone but if you get upset because of anyrhing that i said....talk to me...i dont apologize for what i say, because it needs to be said...life is too short for playing around.
