Sitting here wrapping gifts, worrying do they have enough?....as with every year.....but this year I sit here wrapping with tears in my eyes thinking of all the destruction, loss, and devastation I saw today riding through Columbia on the way to mamas for Christmas. I cant help but not feel the Christmas joy as usual, the excitement and giggles, the fun and magical feeling of Christmas Eve night, not while thinking of all those without this year.....all who lost so very much in just the blink of an eye. My heart is heavy and saddened this Christmas Eve night. Please please please remember all those tonight who arent wrapping gifts for their families, who arent having Christmas Eve celebrations.....the same families with no power, no gifts, no homes, no shelter, no Christmas meals, and the ones who now are without a loved one amongst them....hug your children, spouses, parents, brothers and sisters, and family. Be thankful for the little bit(or the lot) that youre blessed to give family this year. And most of all say a little prayer for those without tonight, tomorrow, and forever.
