Sitting in the hospital parking lot waiting to go in and get our scheduled pickup when we see an ambulance from another service pull into the ER with lights and sirens going. They go into the hospital with no patient, 15 minutes later they come out with a patient and leave without using lights and sirens. Now I cant speak for other States but in ours its a big no no to respond to a hospital (higher level of medical care) no matter how emergent the transfer may be. So does anyone work in a state that allows you to respond to a hospital for a transfer?...Mother
