Sitting outside a ride at six flags (being to fluffy to ride this one) and i was people watching. I stayed to make mental notes of the way the teenage girls and boys were dressed. Girls: why three short shorts? Some of them the front pockets were longer than the shorts. What are you advertising and who is your intended audience? Boys: would you wear these shorts? Apparently not since the majority were in knee length cargo shorts. So if they are not good for you, why would you want your girl friend advertising the way she is? I know some will call me old fashioned, a prewd, and out of touch with this generation but when i see girls with shorts like this and knowing how the male mind works, why should we be surprised at the high number of children raising children when these teenagers dress proactively and end up pregnant...since they advertised their intent. I have two daughters...NEVER would either of them want to dress like this, they have too much respect for themselves, us and God, plus i would never let them. Parents stop trying to be your Childs best friend or peer and try parenting. Yes, it may be uncomfortable and you may make then upset with you but your odds of becoming a grandparent at 35 (or younger) decrease. Off my soap box.
