Sitting outside my house at this hour of the night, gazing into the sky & just admiring the beauty of the heavens is one of many things I love doing. In my Halo (FYI- its a popular Xbox game) imagination, I picture a couple of battle ships flying by, a few Spartan soldiers in a Marine craft about to fly off to planet Reach, & not forgetting a Halo floating beside the moon lol!!! Besides what goes on in my gamer imagination :P heres what I really see - the majesty of Gods creation. On a very dark & clear night, you get to see the Milky Way clearer, & at a certain time of the year you can see the Southern Cross thats up there, underneath Saggitarius the Archer. I cant help but feel so overwhelmed by His power every single time I go stargazing! This always brings to mind Psalms 19:1 - The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament sheweth His handiwork. That verse sums it all up! For me, this is one of my favorite times to be able to fellowship with my God :D God is so great isnt He? I love the Sovereign God I serve! Our God is all-powerful, so big & so mighty!
