Situated on the junction of Thep Prasit Rd & Thrappaya Rd is the Continental Cafe & Bakery. We have driven past it many times and read the banner that boasts The best breakfast in Pattaya Ive always thought it was a cocky thing to say so we went to try them out. The establishment itself is very tidy with tables in & outside. The staff were very polite and attentive. We had a quick look through the menu and they had 8 pages of breakfast meals including English, American, Healthy, Danish, German. I ordered the English and the wife had Muesli. My meal took less than 10 minutes to arrive but when it did, it was wrong. I quickly told the waitress and it was corrected very quickly. So, have they got the right to blag the best in Pattaya... Not in a million years. My eggs were hard and cold, the bacon had little taste to it & the black pudding was under cooked. The Muesli had a big thumbs up from the wife but lets face it, its muesli and you cant really mess that up. The shop also has a bakery with some nice looking bread and cakes. We had a lemon drizzle cake and an apple strudel to takeaway with the total bill at 660. They seem to have 4 similar shops spread around our area
