Six months ago today the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments in two concealed carry cases brought by the NRA/CRPA/SAF/CalGuns which argued that California can ban Open Carry if it wants to. During one of the oral arguments the attorney for the Sheriff and County of San Diego argued that they are challenging the wrong law and that there are two Open Carry cases working their way up. One of the two Open Carry cases is of course mine out of California and one is out of Hawaii. The Hawaii case appears to be fully briefed.
