Six months earlier (8 yrs ago) I was reading a book about how the human body works by a Christian medical doctor. I ask myself why am I reading this? Then, similar to Robin Williams and millions of others, no reason to stay here; its time to go. Unlike other attempts, this was serious. I planned it out in great detail. At this point you feel great relief knowing thats its almost over. I said normal goodbyes few nights before. As the time got near, I was sitting at the dinner table, alone. The words of that book hit me and I ended up sobbing for 15 minutes. Unlike Robin, I did not take those final steps. I have not been there since. You may be near this time; approx 35 of my friends are depressed. Dont go there; there is hope for you.
