Six things to remember when starting on your journey towards true fitness; It takes baby steps, no one gets fit in one week. Be realistic, dream outside your boundaries, but work within your limitations. Seek a good support system, no sideline cheerleaders, but someone thats actively pursuing the same goals as you. ( They relate to your struggle much better). Make it your priority to eat six times daily. Create time for activity during the day. Most important, stay the HECK away from diets!!! The diet industry has no reason to solve the obesity problem, they do their best to try to give you the impression that there is some secret to fitness, when its not just gool ole hardwork! Diets main purpose is to temporary fix your Fat problem, but what they fail to explain to you is that it is much easier to lose Fat than to keep it off. NEED HELP?
