Skid Row is the eponymous debut album by American heavy metal band Skid Row, released on January 24, 1989. The album charted at #6 on The Billboard 200 and is certified 5x Platinum by the RIAA. Released from the album were the top 10 singles 18 and Life, I Remember You and the mainstream rock hit Youth Gone Wild, all three singles featuring music videos. It is the bands most commercially successful album. The album has since sold five million copies in the United States alone.
