Skill/strength: 1)PVC Snatch drill 2a) 4x8 bench press @ 70% 2b) 1x8 incline bench press @ 70% 2c) 4X8 Close Grip Bench Press (hands 12″ apart) @ 70% of Max – rest 60 sec. Sometime during workout do: 3a) 3XME Strict Pullups (3 count pause with chin over bar) – rest 60 sec. 3b) 3X15 Reverse Hypers – heavy but fast, rest 60 sec. Challenge: 50 wall ball sit ups (against wall or with a partner)
