We need people who can work collaboratively to plan, but who can work on projects independently. ------------------------------------------------- Developers specifications desired: 1.) LAMP All-around programmer -PHP expert in both object-oriented AND procedural coding -Experienced with PHP MVC framework...ideally CodeIgniter -Comfortable in a cowboy coder, unstructured environment. -MySQL experience, building tables, queries, joins, etc. If they have admin experience, even better -Linux command line (BASH scripting experience would be ideal, but not required) -Git (must have experience using daily) -Linux as desktop environment (we use Ubuntu with Eclipse-based IDE) -Unit Testing experience is ideal, but not required (Neither I, nor our other developer have experience in this, but wed love to implement it) 2.)
