Sky is hiring for a multinational company a Performance Monitoring Engineer Job purpose: Responsible for contributing to tools, process, communications optimizations relating to RAN PM Engineer activities at Performance Monitoring Team Member Job role: • Monitor the 2G, 3G and Transmission network KPI’s and analyze them in case of any degradation or abnormality found for Ericsson(BSC/RNC/BTS/Node B , TN, ADM and SPO) and (ZTE nodes to be identified). • Making basic troubleshooting in order to solve the problem (as long as it is in team scope). • Pre-agreed process of escalation in case the detected problem is not solved.(Performance monitoring engineer shall issue and assign TT to concerned party through TTs System relevant to appeared symptoms on network element across all network domains) • Benchmarking reports to compare network status before and after CRs implementations. • Event’s handling: Monitoring the network KPIs in event’s times (e.g Eid event, Holidays, weekends and etc.) • Performing first level troubleshooting on the 2G, 3G and Transmission Network with in Etisalat Managed Service. • Responsible for daily and weekly health checks. • Responsible for generating daily operational reports.
