Skydiving Club Meeting Minutes 2/27/14 1:00 Club met for the first time (10 members) 1:20 Watched an awesome youtube video 1:30 Motion to attend atleast 1 club meeting and 2 community service club events Motion seconded Motion passed 1:34 Reduce Reuse Recycle event decided as a club event, April 9th Auction dates (March 4th at 12 pm and March 8th at 5 pm) If available to attend auction dates, participants are to email Joe Zwiller at [email protected] 1:38 Decided on April 18th and 25th for jump dates 1:45 Decided on using a points system for offsetting cost Matthew Buller volunteered to attend Student Senate Meetings for the club on Mondays Alesha will sub if needed Matthew and Alesha will receive 2 extra points each for Senate meeting attendance 1:50 Next meeting will be held in the planetarium on March 27th at 2:00 pm President - Meghan Pelkey Vice President - Matthew Buller Secretary - Noreen Tuholski Head of Security - Leo Rangel ~~~~~ Theres the minutes. Mr. Z didnt hear from anyone about volunteering at the auction this week, which is fine. Ill line something else up and let you all know.
