Slavery is not owning what you should have owned, slavery is not having Liberty, employment is a general description since it can even cover the elite, it depends why and how you are employed, if eployment means broke-back yet shall remain in a poor state, still in a prolonged poverty of economic choices that you shall be facing a void future after employers had spent your strength, bereft in opportunity to have that Liberty of decent shelter, food, education, medicine, equal protection insocial discrimination and in law, then you are a slave, and you will not have a fruitful pursuit of happiness given your circumstances. Filipino always talk of freedom when what they want and need is Liberty. Freedom is free movement physical, mental or expression, and freedom is the severing of the shackle but it doesnt mean much when it will be in an environment really nowhere to go, to achieve human progress, freedom is a part. an essential aspect of Liberty.
