Sleep-Healing and the hun Over the last few days I have spent 15 - TopicsExpress

Sleep-Healing and the hun Over the last few days I have spent 15 hours asleep. Naps filled the late morning and afternoon and did not prevent me from sleeping all night w/out waking. Looking closely at what anesthesia is and what it does it is easy to conclude it disorders the 5 shen. With a TCM diagnosis called “Wind (Liver) attacking Earth (Spleen)” the implications are heaviest on the hun of the 5 shen. Hun is a complex nexus - it governs many threads of our basic human experience. It is the experience of sleep and dream and the basic feeling of enjoyment and inspiration. In my experience of pain during the last 7 weeks I have seen the option to compromise my recovery and accept a kind of masochistic deal that would make my condition a mild chronic case instead of a complete recovery. The hun’s role in this subconscious decision is vital. The anesthesia trauma seems now about the hun in particular and letting it recover (what some shaman call “soul retrieval”) has begun through this sleep, sleep and more sleep process. I am sleep-dreaming my way back to health - complete recovery uncompromised. The hun never clings to the details of inspiration but maintains the freshness and vitality of our non-cognitive “reason to live” inspiration. The sleep and rest has reminded me that I live to share the transmissions I received in this life and for that reason I will completely recover. Let hun flourish!
