Sleep wont come readily tonight. I got a call about a kitten that someone found in the road. It had been hit. I could tell that her back was broken or her leg(s) but didnt move her much to examine her better. I called Out West Vet Services and Dr. Hall returned my call. I took the kitty in. She had in internal injuries. Due to the 5000.00 plus balance we owe, I had to have the kitten euthanized. At this point, cant afford an x-ray, much less exploratory surgery to find out if an animal is able to be saved. She passed away silently and painlessly and not alone in the road. Thats the best I could do for her. Please help us to pay our vet balance and our utilities. We run entirely on donations.
