Sleeves were added and necklines were raised on certain female students yearbook photos in a Utah high school. However, the rules didnt seem to apply to every student... some girls were wearing the same shirt as others who were photoshopped but their photos didnt get edited. The school says they only apologize for inconsistency -- but not for editing the photos... and that the students were aware of the dress code. Overboard? What are your thoughts? ~Bri Cook
