Slightly different crockpot roast! Totally delicious! Any roast (even the hardest cut will cut like butter in a crockpot on low heat for about 7-8 hours!) Carrots Potatoes... 1 Onion... Mushrooms sliced up 1/2 cup water 1 packet dry brown gravy 1 packet dry italian dressing seasoning 1 packet beefy onion soup mix Mix the 3 packets with the 1/2 cup water and pour over your roast. Set crockpot to low heat. In 4 hours, add your veggies and potatoes (if desired). Cook on low for another 4 hours. Dont put them all in at the same time or your veggies will all become total mush!
