Slightly irritated that I was *supposed* to attend a seminar from Ido Portal this weekend at the Poliquin Group World Headquarters in Rhode Island. Apparently, the American Consulate in Berlin had different ideas. Instead, Ido will be replaced with Coach Chris Sommer. Dont get me wrong, Im sure Coach Sommer of GymnasticBodies will provide top notch training, but its not the same. Someone who coaches with a focus on achieving gymnastic positions and progressions for gymnastic movement vs. another who pushes the boundaries of human movement & movement potential. Trying to stay positive because I know Ill still get some good instruction, albeit different from my original expectations.
