Slim Tan nominated me for a 5-Day Positivity Challenge yesterday, - TopicsExpress

Slim Tan nominated me for a 5-Day Positivity Challenge yesterday, and I felt too honored to decline. I guess she either thought I needed a boost or has faith that I would keep this challenge going. I presumed the aim is to share 3 positives publicly each day for 5 days, and heres how Day-1 unfolded for me ... 1) I woke up feeling somewhat overwhelmed to a Monday packed with a series of conference calls from 10.00am to 5.30pm, but it turned out to be a very productive day. Am grateful for the flexibility of working from home, getting much done without wasting time commuting. 2) I got some great insights on productivity from conversation with a client who has extremely low tolerance for nonsense - which eliminated a lot of time-wasting non-value-adding activities that liberates her to focus on the stuff that really mattered. Im committed to confront nonsense more rigorously now. 3) Having recovered from a slight flu last week, Im glad to be able to hit the pool again today - gradually reestablishing my habitual daily 1 km swim-cum-zen-moment to stay sane amidst the insane travel. Am off to FB-free Guangzhou on Tuesday, and will ask my lovely wife Mei Chin to share my daily challenge update. Meanwhile, Id like to nominate my colleague and super-duper EA Divya Parmar Bhatia, who radiates positivity most naturally. Divya, youre not obliged to say yes, but Im convinced you could bring much light to the world over the next 5-days. Enjoy!
