Slim chances of a Caps son appointment Twine Phiri promised to bring in a coach who can do better than Tau,that is, a coach who can win us some cups and the league tittle. However, Mr TP was supposed to promise that he would deal with the financial crisis bedevilling our club for some time now. Unless the financial woes are addressed, it will be difficult for the new coach to achieve the set targets, considering the looming player exodus. The new coach would be forced to work with average and inexperienced players. While Tau failed to win us at least one cup with such a competent side that could beat Zpc to deny them the league glory, TP also contributed to our failure to attain glory since he could not motivate the players and failed to pay their dues on time. I think TP doesnt like a former Son because such a cadre is most likely to point fingers even to Phiri himself if things are not well,unlike the soft spoken Tau who pretended as if things were ok. When certain players like Pfumbi and Hardy boycotted crucial matches,Tau would just let it go for fearing to pinpoint Phiri and his administration. TP is definately after a coach who dont complain for the poor team adminstration and a coach who is prepared to work under the harsh environment. A Caps son is naturally hurt with such poor team adminstration and might shoulder the blame to Achimwene, something he doesnt like
