Sloooooowly incorporating 5lb weights after my breast aug! I always like to compound movements and here is an awesome one to try.... Key here is to focus on the movement and the muscle you are working. Slow and controlled is the name of the game! Medial delt raise to a hammer curl to a shoulder press. Make sure you arent throwing your body around because you are trying to lift too heavy. It isnt about how much weight you can pick up and put down but more about the mind body connection (aka the pump!) - try 3 sets of 10. Annnnnnnnd go!
