Slow to speak, slow to anger. Prov 15:31-32 The ear that hears the correction of life is among the wise. We have an obligation to our employer and to give our best work for them. The wise accepts correction and accountability from those who supervise us. We seem to live in a society where its all about me, I want this from my boss, I want respect and good pay, but in turn we do not do our best, despise correction when we are wrong and become bitter and backbite the very organization that pays us to do a good job. God tells us to do our best, do not complain and He will take care of the rest. God also holds leaders to high standards. Instead of complaining, we are called to obey and pray for them. Are you? You set a great Christian example by doing and not backbiting. Slow to speak, slow to anger.
