Slowly preparing to take unilateral control. An oligarchy grows from a Republic (such as ours) when the people are mislead. A dictator grows from an oligarchy when the greed for power and money is beyond control. History shows the poorest of the nation is always used as pawns to further the agenda of tyranny with promises of goods and services. In the plight to gain more control over the people with false promises it is always prudent for a dictator to create more poor people or what we call communism/socialism. What we have here is the typical path of tyranny. Yet, it has not gone as well as the powers to be would like, We the People have hindered their efforts with the knowledge of the past and love of Liberty.
