Small progress, but havent had much time to work on this yet. This is just quick and dirty shaders and FS, but Im already hitting some problems with the FS that I could use help with. The problem with these clothes from MD is that the topology can be whacky, which makes marking edges difficult (this is their new Quad Mesh, but theres still some strange poles.) Im getting that broken line around the pocket which is being caused by Subsurf bending faces strangely. Adding a crease to straighten those lines fixes it in this case, but I cant select the whole pocket edge at once due to there being 3 intersecting edges there. Its not difficult to fix since its just that one area, but it would be conceivable on future garments to end up with lots of strange topology that could takes ages to go through and crease or mark. So, my question, is do we have any other ways to get cleaner results around that pocket, or on the other fabric wrinkles in general, other than making changes on the mesh?
