Small steps work best! All at once things can overwhelm us; exercise changes, dietary changes, work changes, LIFESTYLE changes. Its important that we start small when implementing lifestyle changes. More often than not drastic changes to lifestyle behavior result in a return to old habits. Small habitual changes toward an improved you is a better option as opposed to big short lived ones. Just like its recommended a smoker reduce the amount of cigarettes smoked rather than trying to quit cold turkey, it is recommended one implements small changes toward an overall lifestyle change. Take things slow but take things seriously when trying to change old habits. Train hard, eat and sleep well.
