Small update. I still have the swelling in my chest and lining of my lungs so not much improvement there. It has raised the bar for me about what true pain is. And the sad thing is all you can do is ride it out until the infection clears. Ive had pretty good luck with the Zpack in the past and it seems to be helping this time too. The coughing and weezing are still pretty bad. The good news is Im having longer stretches each day where my temp is staying in the normal range. :)
