Small work out today...5x10 potato sack crunches...5x10 box jump...5x10 free weigh squats...5x10 leg press...2 miles on elliptical....3.miles on treadmill...Its to much to name all the exercises I did because I now work in the gym training and teaching all day for 8.5 hours...Feels like Im cheating now that I have a Job that is geared around burning calories and staying healthy...Did I mention that I play basketball with High school kids at least 2.5 hours a day...Only 1900 calories burned...Maybe thats why Im skinny and my pants are falling off now....185lbs solid no gut.
