Small world department : The family two campgrounds down for me - TopicsExpress

Small world department : The family two campgrounds down for me almost fell off their camp stools today. They were eating Ramen noodles and speaking Japanese. So I gave them a good morning greeting and asked them in Japanese where they were from and why they were in this remote location. They are from Nagoya in Japan and lived the last five years in Lexington Kentucky. Theyve been transferred now to Schaumburg, Illinois. The father had been to many of the places where I lived and we shared a lot of fun stories about Japanese culture. What an interesting diversion on a beautiful morning. The family of eight in the campground next to me brought over their excess firewood because theyre leaving. He was an army Ranger for several years and he and his entire family are native Coloradoans. They recognize the name on ganders best when I took him for a walk the other day. They last lived in Littleton so they knew a lot about Freedom Service Dogs.
