Smart Fit 6 Week Slim Down Challenge Challenge yourself (with our help) and see how you can change your body in just 6 weeks. This is a 6 week program that involves training 6 days a week!!!! 1 or 2 days with Smart Fit 5 or 4 days at home. Each home workout is only 30 minutes long and will be designed and demonstrated to you by Smart Fit at your classes. There will be online support from Smart Fit should you need anything. With the added benefit of online support from other challengers also. You will get weekly weigh-ins to monitor your progress and measurements taken at the beginning and end to prove your hard work paid off! You will be given a food diary to monitor your meals which will be assessed at the end of week 1 to see how you are getting on and if there is anywhere that needs work.
