Smoked Shrimp 1 lb. medium boiled, seasoned, and peeled shrimp ¼ lb. butter 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Place boiled peeled shrimp in heavy duty disposable pan… Put butter in sauce pot and melt, add lemon juice… Brush sauce over shrimp generously… Light charcoal in bbq pitt… When charcoal is hot add smoking chips to form a heavy smoke… Poke some holes in pan for smoke to seep thru… Smoke heavy for 15 minutes… This great for hor d’ oeuvres…
