Snack time! Dont lie - we all love snacks. Making choices for better snacks is truly the key. Here is a delicious and super easy to make pudding recipe that is high in protein and nutrients, but will also satisfy that snack tooth. I find that it is best made the night before, and I enjoy using the full fat coconut milk from a can rather than a thinner rice or almond milk - but that is just a personal preference.
