Snake River CrossFit Kids was a blast tonight. Our program combines the 10 General Physical Skills with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular system development to maximize children and teens physical skills during peak development. We pair fitness and fun creating a lifelong love of fitness and heath in children! Classes run Tuesday & Thursdays at 6:15pm for 5-12 year olds. Teens meet at 7pm. $45/month. WOD 2 Rounds: Max Reps of the following exercises in Teams of 2: 2 Min Air Squat 2 Min Deadlift 2 Min Push Ups 2 Min Toes To Bar One partner works at a time, while the other partner rests in the static position of that movement.
