Snippet from my workout today!!! I wanted to get my HR up and hit my glutes.. I did Deadlift, glute bridges, push press (shown here) then push ups 5 rounds 10 reps per exercise, 2 min rest in between sets Took me about 30mins. I warmed up with a lot of hip mobility work and stretches! I have A LOT of work to do post baby to build my strength back up and gain the muscle that I lost but I love having a goal and being challenged!
