Chef Tom does an amazing job on seafood…it’s no wonder his pasta is to die for! Muffuletta Flatbread A taste of the famous New Orleans central Grocery Muffuletta sandwich, reincarnated as a flatbread! Piled high with cured meats (sopressata, capicola, genoa, and pepperoni), pickled veg (peppers, onions, celery, olives, capers, and carrots), which all sits atop of a provolone herbed sauce, and is finished with mozzarella cheese.
