Snow emergency... An old man and his wife are sitting around the radio when an emergency announcement declares a snow emergency for the area to please park your vehicles on the odd side of the street so the man goes out and moves his car. A few days later there is another snow emergency declared and this time the request was for everyone to park on the even side of the street so the man moves his vehicle again. 3 days later, now the town pretty much filled with snow, has yet another snow storm and the snow emergency was declared to please park on the ... Silence, the power went out. The man is freaking out, What side? What side of the street? the man is yelling at the radio just as his wife says This time why dont you leave the car in the garage.
