So --- What now ?? When if comes to the Cadets we have lots of clean up to do. Trucks emptied and inventoried , records and communications cleared up and much more The first rehearsals are In November and recruiting will be crucial. We do have potentially over 100 returnees I hope to have most of the staff back ; we will begin the programming process on September 9th and before long the summer will be back . Of course there are any decisions ahead I have some personnel issues with YEA and lots of fiscal and management STUFF and then there are the 150 band shows we will be running And much more One exciting note is I hired a 20 hour per week assistant who begins August 25. I am hoping it makes a difference in my organizational abilities I also want to sleep in my bed and take a shower alone :-) And yes we still have 8 hours of driving :-)
