So- in a forecast like this I cant help but think of my good friend Mike Davenport- (a little long, but hysterical) Him- where are you Me- On hooper ave Him- are you in the loader Me- yeah why Him- Can you come get me? Me- Im in the loader Mike, we both wont fit Him- I know, Im in the grader, with the V-plow stuck on Bay Blvd in Lavalette in an 8-10 drift, and it just ran out of fuel Me- How do you get stuck in a V-Plow?) Him- JUST COME GET ME, & bring me a coffee!) I show up, (my pick up followed me in with coffee), poor Mike was trying to get one pass down Bay Blvd, when the grader bogged and stalled. (He had icicles hanging from his mustache). There was so much snow drifted up from the wind pushing it across the frozen bay, it was literally 8-10 tall. We plowed from Sunday morning that week, until Saturday night non-stop. We also played mailbox bingo, wheres the fire hydrant, & the robocan toss. Lol!
