So, 10 days after falling off I finally get MRI scans done to find out that Ive fractured my back in two places (lowest thoracic vertebrae and 3 of the 5 sections of the sacral vertebrae for the more technical amongst you). No exercise for the rest of the year and no horse-riding until next year - I will be certifiable by Christmas! I did say recently I wanted to make more time this winter to get back into drawing and to visit art galleries - be careful what you wish for :)
