So 2014 is coming to an end and the festival season is in full swing. This has been my 25th year of playing music professionally in one form or another and will be finished off at Indigo Evolution on New Years Eve. I look back and am so thankful for all the wonderful people I have met and partied, played to, worked with over the years. I thank my wonderful Wife and family for putting up with me and I thank my friends for being who they are through good and bad. I made a decision to follow my gut and write what I write no matter what others may think and have worn the results of that good and bad. People either get it or dont which I am 100% OK with. Doing this had let me be able to experiment with all aspects of my musical talents, play instruments, singing, programing and using old school mixing styles from the era I did my initial production learning in (and thats a while ago now lol). This is the direction I have been taking for the last 2 years and a complete departure from what cenobite was has been a personally rewarding journey. What I do believe in is entertaining people, as performers we are there to effect and get reactions from people. Too many people just sit there and go through the motions when playing live where as I totally believe we are there to put on a show. We are the entertainment and we are there to entertain so go sick and enjoy the moment in the lights as it stays with you your whole life and when its gone you will miss it dearly.
