So 3 days from now marks the one year anniversary of my being basically mutilated by some poor drunken bastard trying to exceed his limitations as a human being. Ironically Im more metal than ever (thats a literal statement. Trust me.) and Im a lot happier about being stuck in the impact crater that we call Indianapolis. BUT, for those of who you dont really know me as well as you should, I have a wrath and ambition that should be reckoned with. Generally I take that out on my guitar. October 16th, 2014 is going to be no different from any other day that I pick a stringed instrument of any kind and pour my heart into it. On this particular day, Im going to get back in the full swing of things and enact the Luc Alberts Strikes Back concert series. God willing, with your help I can get a full momentum with this series of performances and WIN what is the Birdys Acoustic Guitar Competition. Come out and celebrate the beauty of being alive with me on Thursday October 16th @ 8:30 p.m. and help me WIN this competition ( I can only do this if you show up and I can only further my ambitions with YOUR support) and join me in making a stand against anybody and EVERYBODY that every tried to put a person down and out for no good reason. -Luc Alberts
