So A-Rod’s high priced mouthpiece Joe Tacopina challenges major league baseball to release some of A-Rods records and MLB calls his bluff and has a letter delivered to him live on the Today Show in which MLB says we agree if we can release them ALL, including proof of, and I quote, “All drug tests that were conducted on Rodriguez under the Program and all prior violations of the Program committed by Rodriguez”. So naturally he backtracks and says well we can’t do that, there’s confidentiality issues, blah, blah, blah. So basically MLB publically stated (or implied) for the first time A-Rod has failed tests before, and his lawyer had no idea. Think maybe A-Rod should have come clean to his own lawyer before he agreed to this approach? How much you want to bet Tacopina quits team A-Rod because he simply has time restraint issues and can’t give him the defense he deserves.
