So Ballard has made it a rule that you must go to Gene Boaz for you Senior picture for the yearbook. Several other schools have that, too. McCracken does not. They will let you go to whomever you want as long as they follow guide line for the yearbook. ( I have a copy of the letter from McCracken and have done Sr pics for them) So Maddy comes home today and said they told them that now they have changed their minds to allow you to go to 1 of 3 photographers.. including Gene Boaz. How fair is that? There are other Big photographers in Paducah that arent included. I guess you have to kiss the right butts to be included. There dozens of photographer that are quite good in the area. I can understand if they are under contract with one (like with the sports pics). But you cant just say only go to these 3. Come on! Where is our freedom? I know its a little thing in the grand scheme of life, but the little businesses keep getting pushed farther and farther back. If you dont have the right friends or kiss the right butts, your out of luck!
