So Baystate is telling everyone to switch their Insurance if they - TopicsExpress

So Baystate is telling everyone to switch their Insurance if they carry BMC Healthnet. For me this poses a problem as I never received a letter. I did but it was from someone outside of the Baystate network. My implant was also paid for by BMC, so I am grateful to them, that is why I did some research. I went to my neurologists office yesterday. I had heard that specialists will still be accepting the Insurance. I was greeted with a document explaining what I needed to do. I asked if there were any comparable insurance plans to BMC. I was told that Baystate is recommending everyone switch to this other insurance which I soon found out is owned/operated by Baystate. I said ohhhh Thank you very much. I made a final appointment with my main neuro, sad to do this. The cut off HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 28th (but check with your provider to be sure). They are Snakes! Bought up one of the last hospitals in the area Wing and are now gonna get everyone on their insurance. SCREW YOU BAYSTATE! For someone whose second home is a hospital youd like it to be a good experience. Never have I had one, except at my neuros office. Or my surgeon who left Baystate.
