So Bejing is already tired of Michelle, her Mom and daughters. Wonder what this little 3 city tour is costing us. Just the room is over $8,000/night then add Secret Service and her usual ridiculous entourage, 2 million, 3? Supposedly this is to promote education and culture. Seriously? Then we have Obama in Amsterdam, gee, the citizenry there were SOOOO excited about his visit. The Riks Museum (which just reopened last spring to massive crowds) will be shut down for hours for Obamas personal tour. Other museums in the area, not to mention the many blocks around it will be closed as well. Commuters, shopperes, tourists will LOVE that inconvenience! Lots of lost revenue for the museums and businesses in the area. The traffic is kinda crazy there anyway with all the bikes, buses, trams, trolleys, and cars. We just got back from there last night and most of the citizens we were around were none to thrilled to have Obama there. Since last summer, weve spent time in Austria, Italy, Scotland, and the Netherlands. When US politics came up, the opinions were pretty the same, Obamas a joke. I wont bore anyone with specific comments/descriptions we heard during our travels, youve already heard them all!
