So Blizzard is removing ingame item refunds. After accidentally - TopicsExpress

So Blizzard is removing ingame item refunds. After accidentally buying a wrong engineering recipe which took me 5 days of cds and trying to sell it back to the vendor to purchase the right recipe I noticed the 2 hour refund option is gone. I checked, on leatherworking recipes the refund options still exist, probably other professions as well. I decided to open a ticket, because losing 5 days worth of cooldowns on a wrong Secrets of Draenor Engineering because of a misclick is too big of a loss in my opinion. This is the answer I got from Blizz: Refund ingame are actually no longer. the text you see ingame should be removed in a future patch. As for your profession issue, once you do this there is no reversal of this so please choose again when you have the mats and the timer resets. Now this is resolved for you, please do not hesitate to contact us again if you need us for any other issue :) Stay safe I fail to see any good reasoning behind this.Im sure Im not the only person who misclicks things. The existing refund system is good and fair- lets you undo your mistake easily if you notice it straight away, it doesnt waste GMs time and overall makes a gameplay better. I understand that items with little value or items that are purchased with gold dont really need to be refunded, but recipes that took days to craft and items wthat can be bought with tokens - why should they remove refund option from them? :/
