So. By now everyone in my facebook feed knows that Im losing weight finally. I now have been presented with a new problem. All of my clothes are getting too big! (Good problem is still a problem lol) My super awesome SIL sent me pants a few months back and Im happy to say that while they are super, super comfortable, theyre too big now (yay!). See, Sweden doesnt make clothing. I dont think theres a clothing factory within a thousand miles of this place. What clothing is sold here is outrageously expensive and very cheaply made (read: falls apart after just a few washings). So buying clothes here is really ... well, its not feasible. Theyre just so expensive and Björns out of work for the season now, so every little penny counts. So heres my (potential) solution to the problem: I know some of my friends and family are also on this journey (you know who you are, you wonderful people, you) and many of you are much further along than I am. Without pointing names or naming fingers, Id like to ask if youre willing to donate some of your old clothes that are now too big for you (shirts, too!), if you still have some kicking around. Im willing to pay for shipping (somehow, Im sure I can transfer money or something). Im currently a size 24-26 (american size, sorry my european friends, I dont know the conversions!) petite (as in short. Dont judge). Im not asking people to go out and buy me clothes. Just scrounge around in your closets or grab that bag that youve been meaning to take to Goodwill or Salvation Army and maybe toss a few outfits my way. Or .. well, put them in a box and mail them. I imagine if you tossed them they wouldnt make it much further than the other side of the room lol If anyones willing to do this, send me a private message and well work out how to send you money from here to pay for shipping.
