So Candler wants WTOC news cams to set up at the hospital as we arrive and do coverage there. Waiting on some details about the police escort. We will arrive at main entrance and proceed to the big circle in front of the main door. Then after the gifts are dropped, we will all have a roped off area for the Jeeps to park in. So please try and indicate going if you plan to so they can have enough space for us. Id hate to have 20 say they are going and 40 show. If you have the LCMR club shirts, please wear them that day if possible. Also, I was told that we will know the day of the event as to whether or not we will carry the gifts up from the lobby to the kids. It depends on if any of the kids have flu, since they dont want us getting sick. The box for gifts is displayed at Jumpin jacks too in case you want to drop off gifts there in the event you cannot go. They will give you a free $3 game card for doing so!
