So Danny and I hosted a private BBQ class down in Rancho Mirage Ca. for some great folks from Canada yesterday and what a great time had by all. We started out with an 11* brisket and 7* pork butt that went on at 9:00 followed by ribs and chicken. Then came the fun, BBQ sushi with side dishes and ended the day with Dijon chardonnay glazed Salmon. The brisket and finished right at 2:00 just in time to serve 8 of their closest frinds. Did I mention we had a couple Margaritas along the way! Good times...
